1. Introduction
Tryptophan, also known as β-indolylalanine, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C11H12N2O2 and is one of the essential amino acids of the human body. White or slightly yellow crystal or crystalline powder; odorless, slightly bitter taste. Stable with acid when heated in the dark. Very easy to decompose when coexisting with other amino acids, sugars and aldehydes.

4. Function Introduction
